Hey family,

I’m honored you’re here. Before we go any further in this journey together, I want to take a moment to introduce myself — not just my name, but my heart.

My name is Westley L. Norris — pastor, mentor, coach, author, and a man who is passionate about helping people grow in confidence, influence, and faith. At the end of the day, every lane I operate in has one assignment: to help you become the version of you God always had in mind.

I believe transformation happens when your head gets clarity, your heart gets healing, and your hands get direction. That’s the lane I live in.

MY HEART & VISION

If we’ve never talked before, here’s what drives me:

I want to see people think better, feel better, and live better.
I want to see the broken become whole, the stuck get unstuck, and the overlooked discover the greatness that’s been in them the entire time.

I pastor because I believe people deserve to experience God clearly — not through fear, not through pressure, not through shame, but with power and understanding.

I coach because I’ve seen what happens when someone just needs guidance, structure, and a push to believe in themselves again.

I mentor because too many people are carrying dreams with no blueprint, potential with no strategy, and gifts with no stewardship plan.

I write and create because I want people to have access to tools that build them — not just motivate them.

Everything I do is about helping you grow on purpose.

WHAT I DO — AND HOW I SERVE YOU

TUESDAYS — “Talk About It Tuesday” (8PM CST)

My live podcast where we take real-life issues, biblical wisdom, and personal development and fuse them together. You can catch it on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — and the audio version on all major podcast platforms.

WEDNESDAYS — Midweek Bible Study (Thrive | 7PM CST)

Every Wednesday at 7 p.m. Central Standard Time, I’m with my church family walking chapter-by-chapter through the Word of God. Not rushed, not shallow — we slow down so the Bible can speak deeply. This is the night where people tell me, “Pastor, I finally understand the Scriptures.” That’s the goal.

THURSDAYS — Thankful Thursday Prayer Nights

We gather for prayer that reconnects your spirit, realigns your life, and helps you hear God again. It’s powerful, intimate, and life-giving. You can catch it on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — and the audio version on all major podcast platforms.

SUNDAYS — The Call Church

Every Sunday I teach with clarity, conviction, and practicality — always with the goal that you leave with something you can use on Monday. My heart is to reach your mind, stir your heart, and empower your hands to walk out your faith. Join us in person or our online community.
